We accept returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from fepobabymilk.com under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can be found in your order confirmation email.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items
